Mattel is searching for two junior Toyologists aged between four and eight to join their elite toy testing team for a 12 month contracted position in the TOY LAB where they will road-testing all the latest toys!

The first assignment will take place at Mattel's secret toy lab at its Melbourne headquarters where the successful applicants will be responsible for testing, reporting and reviewing Mattel's top 12 toys for
Christmas. After Christmas, the trainee toyologists will provide monthly reports on a range of Mattel products –to assist colleagues in the toy lab. Their hard work won't go unrewarded. There's a hefty salary paid in the currency of fun toys.

Hopeful applicants will be required to prove to the Chief Toyologist why they are the most qualified kid for the job via a video application. Taking the form of a toy review, each budding Trainee Toyologist is required to submit a one minute video of themselves reviewing their favourite toy.
