Our client is a Canberra based contractor who for many years has realised that their key asset is their people and the relationships they have with their project stakeholders. With the majority of their work being negotiated it is a strategy that has proved very successful.

Their work comprises of  Civil construction works on a large $48 million RTA Road/Bridge project. Due to natural growth they require a Foreman to lead a project team. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong people skills, the ability to lead & motivate a team & build lasting relationships with clients, local authorities, consultancies, subcontractors etc
  • Problem solving
  • Managing & monitoring the programme
  • A proven track record in delivering Civil projects on time, on budget & to an outstanding quality
