Scheduled to begin construction immediately these new developments have created several exceptional opportunities for Senior Forepeople/Supervisors to join their highly experienced project team.

The Opportunity:
The successful candidate will enjoy the opportunity to utilise the full extent of their capabilities and contribute enormously to all aspects of the projects completion. The work will be both challenging and rewarding

Direct duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

• Ensuring implementation of QA and OH&S procedures and legislative requirements.
• Monitoring the performance of Supervisors and Subcontractors to ensure project plans and milestones are met and performance issues are addressed.
• Ensuring a balance between cost and production to meet objectives and time constrictions.
• Lead and develop an effective and productive team.

The Candidate:
In order to be considered for this outstanding role, you will need have:

• Extensive experience as a Supervisor in a similar role.
• Experience on major projects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven people management capabilities.
