The Role

Primarily you will supervise the trades and subcontractors for the external works on this $80M new build project. You will manage the following:

• On site OH&S management;
• Subcontractor management;
• Pushing the construction programme;
• Managing civil works, finishes and structures, etc.

To succeed in this role you will need to be either trade qualified in a construction related field or be degree qualified in a construction related field, and have the following experience:

• 5  years experience as a Foreman on new build construction sites
• Experience gained supervising projects valued above $20M
• Demonstrable record of managing people with a continuous improvement philosophy to help them achieve their potential
• Excellent communication and subcontractor skills
• The ability to lead a team.
