The Role: 

Project Managers oversee a number of projects and the day-to-day running is taken care of by Project Coordinators.  You will work on a variety of fitout and refurbishment projects

The role is challenging and we are looking to secure the best and in return you will receive excellent ongoing training and development with career progression to Project Management.  Your day-to-day activities and responsibilities will include:

• Contracts Administration
• Planning and Programming
• Management of site-based staff
• Liaison with the client
• Ensuring that issues are escalated and resolved and that the project drives forward to completion to the satisfaction of the client.

The Person:

This role is demanding and challenging and requires highly motivated and professional candidates who are passionate about delivering above expectations.  You will need to demonstrate the following experience and skills:

• Bachelor of Construction or equivalent
• Excellent understanding of the construction industry
• Experience of basic contracts administration
• 1st class communication skills to effectively deal with site staff and the client
• High level of computer literacy
• Attention to detail
• Organisation and planning abilities
