Our client is a leading Global Construction Consultancy in Melbourne.

Well positioned, with ongoing success in Australia they manage a range of portfolios including commercial, infrastructure (including transport), health and education, with key blue chip/public sector clients. They are seeking an experienced Associate Cost Manager and Senior Cost Manager.

As an Associate you will have the opportunity to develop teams and support Directors to expand the business. Working for a broad range of clients, you will have responsibility for managing key accounts. Your expert knowledge on various procurement methodologies is essential, along with strong technical grounding in cost management/quantity surveying, particularly infrastructure. Additionally, the ability to identify new business opportunities is essential.

To be successful, tertiary qualifications in the building sector and accredited with AIQS is desired, along with Melbourne market experience. Effective communication and work ethics is key.
