Site Manager - Refurbishment & Fitout

My client is a leading national contractor in refurbishment and fitouts. They have actively constructed and completed turn-key projects in the Canberra Civic Centre and all across the Nations Capital.

Due to the increase of activities in their commercial, hotel and government sectors, they are now in the market for a Site Manager to join their experienced ACT team.

Requirements;

• 2 years min Site Management experience
• Proven track record of managing all site activities from start to completion
• Sound communication with sub contractors, clients and consultants
• Extensive knowledge and experience in OH&S

Reporting directly to a Project Manager, the successful candidate will be in charge of a new office fitout projects located in the Canberra'sCBD.

The salary package is open for negotiation and will be assessed through experience. The package is promised to be generous and will include allowances and bonuses.
