This role presents a unique opportunity for you to have unrivalled influence to drive various MIS business streams and act within an analyst capacity.

You will lead a team of MIS Analysts to deliver timely, accurate and actionable management/product information to Operations and its business partners.
 
 This role is critical in driving the required outputs of each of the businesses and ensuring a robust data management principles across the MIS business stream, driving consistency and standardisation for accurate management reporting.

Working collaboratively with Project teams and key stakeholders, the MIS Team Leader will deliver projects and initiatives that enhance MIS capability and increase business unit effectiveness and performance as well as provide development and mentoring to the team.
 
 
Knowledge and Experience

 

• MS Access, SQL and VBA  in a full SDLC (to a Mastery level)
• Superior Knowledge of SQL, Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, VB scripts and Javascipt.
• Minimum 5 years experience within Business Intelligence / Group Data Warehouse
• Minimum 2 years business analysis,  Minimum 2 years experience of Business analysis, Process Reengineering, Data Analysis and System Functional/Non Functional Analysis experience in the finance industry, supported by related tertiary degree.          
• Knowledge and experience of SDLC
• Ability to understand and translate business needs into business requirements documents
• Mini Tab desirable

 

         
Asides from you keen technical skill you will possess high level communications skills which will enable you to translate business requirements into technical solutions in combination with your ability to provide insight and analysis.
 
The salary on offer in indicative of the calibre of candidate sort with a base of up to $55 000 - $60 0000 + super + bonus + banking benefits.
