Our client, a highly regarding organisation, is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their dynamic support team, located in the Adelaide CBD.
For this role you will be required to have solid experience in helpdesk and desktop support, Windows 2000/XP and Active Directory. Experience in several of the following skills will also be required: ITIL, SMS/SCCM, Cisco IP Telephony, Heat Call Management System, Marval, MS SharePoint 2007 and MS Office 2007. Duties will include: telephone, email and face-to-face user support; troubleshooting hardware and software issues; assist with the implementation of company's software, hardware and associated upgrades; and maintaining documentation relating to system users.

This contract is starting ASAP and is offering an attractive rate to the right candidate. Whilst this is an initial 12 month contract, there is a potential for extension.
