This drysuit was purchased in 2001 and has been well-maintained. The neoprene socks and wrist seals were fitted last year, though may need to be changed to adjust for individual size. The neck seal is starting to perish, as latex seals do (normal wear & tear), and will need to be replaced. For an estimate on costs of replacing seals you could contact Ocean Suits in Dandenong (here's their price list for drysuit repairs: http://www.oceansuits.com.au/repairs.html) or you could contact your local store.
The suit was partially custom made but is a Medium - Large suit, I am a size 14-16 female 164cm tall with size 8 (mens size) feet, but as it is a unisex suit, it would also fit many men of a similar height, and there is room to move in the socks. As a trilaminate suit there is a lot of room for movement anyway.
The dry zip is in excellent condition, and there is a second normal, protective zip over the top that is also in great condition.
Many of the Hot 'n' Dry suits did cause some problems earning them the nickname of "cold and wet" and have since been sold secondhand to unsuspecting buyers, but I assure you this was one of the good ones. It has only leaked once, when the valve was serviced and not replaced properly, and otherwise there has been no problem at all with it. It is rock-solid, and will withstand a lot of abuse because the material is so strong. You really can't go wrong with it.
A new drysuit will cost you over $2000. Even though you will need to replace a seal or two, this is still an outstanding bargain and will last you many, many years.
