This chick is a real time waster. Made appt, went to City (Charlotte St) parked $14. Tried calling and texting repeatedly but no answer. Waited around 20mins - no response. Drove off, then get a call from her apologising and offering discount. OK I say. Parked car again, another $14, get to apartment block foyer, try to call and text, no answer - same bullshit again.
