PA / Communications
We are currently representing a leading design firm with offices throughout Australia and overseas for a PA / Communications person to support the MD. The role will be a strong mix between supporting the MD and also working in a communications role. This is a newly created position and would suit someone with the ability to grow with the position.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide PA support for MD and also HR / Finance and Marketing departments as needed
Confidential administration support, diary management and coordinating travel arrangements
Create newsletters, marketing material and press releases
Communicating on an external and internal level
Taking minutes at management meetings
Other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree qualification in Communications or equivalent will be highly regarded
Previous experience working in a PA role at a high level
Outstanding communication skills, especially written skills
Previous experience in a PR/communications support role
Ability to write newsletters, press releases and marketing material
Desktop publishing knowledge and advanced computing skills
Flexibility and a proactive nature
