What we need:
PIPC have a specific requirement for a talented business analyst to joint our growing team in a large Government client. This challenging role will highlight your exceptional skills as a business analyst and has the potential to progress your career as a project management.
You will be responsible for numerous tasks including:
- leading and managing transformational business change projects (including projects that involve complex business process change, multiple stakeholders and ICT integration)
- the ability to manage and direct external consultants and vendors to deliver value-for-money outcomes
- presentation, consultation, negotiation and process management
- consulting with Senior Management and a diverse range of stakeholders
- management of people including high-performing project teams
- understanding of Planning legislation and development processes
Who we’re looking for:

You will:
- have excellent project management experience ideally within government and planning reform.
- working knowledge of the Integrated Planning Act or an understanding of planning legislation and development process is highly desirable
- be proactive and think laterally in your approach to problems
- possess the ability to work unsupervised and display a keenness to learn and adapt new principles
- be thorough and show strong attention to detail
- exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, presentation and communication skills
- have highly developed analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
- show a results orientated approach
- be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to work with a can-do attitude.
- be able to operate in a challenging environment with multiple stakeholders and agendas
What we require:
Candidates with 5+ years of project management experience in public or private sector. Experience in planning reform will be highly regarded.
- You must have advanced skills in MS Office applications including a working knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio
- PRINCE2 / PMBOK practitioner or working towards
- A University degree is well regarded, but not essential.
