As an effective communicator and team leader you will be responsible for managing a team of planners in the important role of drafting of SEQ planning schemes, developing and reviewing of statutory instruments whilst building strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

To be successful you will be required to have land use planning qualifications as recognised by PIA, have demonstrated knowledge of land use planning in relation to built environment with thorough knowledge and understanding of the SEQ planning schemes and Integrated Planning Act, two essential components for this role.

With the capacity to handle pressure, prioritise workloads , meet deadlines and manage/coach others. You will be delivering and drafting new planning schemes that are influential to the development of Brisbane.
