This is a great opportunity to add value and deliver major improvements within the process and business rules of one of queensland growing businesses. You will act as a specialist providing advice, internal consulting and project services. You will be the champion for business rules within the business. 
 
You will have a strong background in business process writing and analysis including strong stakeholder and business engagement. 
 
The role will involve; 
  • Delivery of the agreed business rule frameworks  
  • Overall accountability for managing business process rules  
  • Training and workshops on business rules and processes  
  • Manage governance and compliance of business process  
  • Meet stakeholders and business representatives to facilitate business rules change  
  • Extensive analysis and technical writing  
  • Strong communicational skills at all levels  
Essential skills  
  • Extensive business process and business rules experience  
  • Strong analytical background  
  • Technical/procedure writing experience  
  • Strong teamworking professional who can work autonomously  
  • Strong facilitation skills  
  • Writing style guides and similar documentation/marketing material  
  • Facilitation of industry committees, events and meetings  
  
Desirable skills 
  • SharePoint experience  
  • BPM Tools (Visio, EA, Aris etc)  
  • Lean/Six Sigma exposure
