Become part of a diverse and experienced IT team as the specialist Pronto analyst. You will administer the Pronto system and support the system users as well as design solutions and improvements to current business processes.
Key accountabilities:
- Provide support to the Pronto system users
- Analyse business processes to provide improvements and solutions
- Implementation of new modules including analysis of current processes
- Development of new reports
- Writing specifications and liaising with external suppliers
- Testing and implementation for new modules
- Some Unix server systems administration
A reasonable understanding and experience with an ERP and modules such as Accounts, Inventory, MRP, and CRM will be highly regarded.
