You would relish the challenge to use your technical estimating skills in a role where you are empowered to identify new projects and play a senior role in the acquisition of business.  You are an experienced estimator who has worked on projects from $250K to $10M and enjoys the challenge of a multi-faceted position.  You can perform at optimum level when working independently whilst providing ongoing support within a close knit team. 
 
This is a role that will give you scope and allow you to build your network and identify new project opportunities whilst maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients.  Key to your success will be your knowledge of pricing work, collating tenders with a high degree of speed and accuracy, and having a sharp eye for engineering and profit opportunities.
 
Our client is renowned as a leading Brisbane-based Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services company who is currently enjoying ongoing growth and expansion in the South East Queensland market.  Due to retirement, an immediate need has been created for an experienced HVAC Estimator to assume this role within their close knit team. Based in their new modern facilities and reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for securing successful tenders on new, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
 
Ideally you will be Degree or Diploma qualified and have a strong background in medium to large mechanical services estimating.  A working knowledge of T.S.I software EST-DUCT or a similar software package will be highly advantageous.
