ABOUT THE ROLE

The Technical Specialist is a company representative at various client sites within the Australasian region providing training and technical expertise, maintenance and repairs, and support of GroundProbe's products.





PERFORMANCE CRITERIA

• Work on a roster basis at client sites including remote mines in the Australasian region;



• Act as a company representative to develop GroundProbe business through provision of quality maintenance and reliability services.



• Interact with geotechnical professionals and operators at

client sites by way of training, reporting and being reactive to client needs;



• Perform short, medium and long-term proactive maintenance and report results to GroundProbe's head office;





WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be successful in this role you must have the drive and determination to succeed, plus be able to demonstrate:



*** Prepare reports and presentations on the data obtained from the SSR system;



*** Log all faults and interventions in system operation.



*** Experience in the area of electronics, radar, telecommunications or a related field;



*** Ability to train individuals and small groups;



*** Mechanical knowledge is desirable



*** Mining Ability to be adaptable and manage numerous tasks concurrently;





Extensive relevant technical work experience in a customer service based organisation or similar.
