ABOUT THE ROOM
Massive room, would easily fit a King sized bed and a couch! With a built in wardrobe and nice views from the bedroom window. Room available NOW.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
The house is huge with an outdoor in ground swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, with a nice deck and a bbq by the pool. There is a balcony off the lounge with a great view, a big rumpus room, a bar in the lounge room and 3 areas to relax and watch telly or entertain. House has polished floor boards with air con and heating, and operates on gas. House is just off the Eastern Fwy (Bulleen/Thompsons Rd exit) and there are a few bus stops (lines) around the corner. (Including a bus at the Fwy entrance that goes into the City and one on Bell street which goes to Doncaster Shoppingtown) It’s a 5 minute drive from our house to the City/Hoodle Street exit. The house has 4 bathrooms, so there are no squabbles to get your makeup on before work.
PETS
We have a bird and Chihuahuas, so you must be pet friendly. And therefore we cannot have any more pets.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is clean, trustworthy, tidy, good with paying rent/bills on time, friendly and sociable and someone who is not a room hermit.
