Our client is a large diverse group of companies that is continuing to grow and increase its portfolio of services and expertise. Due to recent acquisitions they require some support at their corporate head offices in Brisbane.

You will report directly to the Finance Manager looking after the corporate accounting for a property division. Main duties will include:

• Preparation of Month End Accounts
• P&L Preparation
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Cash Flow Forecasting
• Budget Vs Actual Reporting
• KPI analysis
• Board Reporting

The successful candidate will ideally have a proven experience in working in the property sector with several years experience in a similar style role.

It is preferred that you will be CA/CPA qualified or equivalent with advanced excel skills and exposure to a large ERP system.
