Hello there, we are three students (female, 25+) looking for three rooms (or a whole place) for rent which -
*is/ are fully furnished.
*is at one of the areas following - Burwood, Chadstone, Box Hill, Malvern East
*must be 1. near bus stop (767) or
2. near bus stop (903) and tram stop (75)
The rent better includes all bills (gas, water, elect and internet). However, we will accept sharing expenses if the rent is reasonable.
You will be happy to rent us as we are reliable, tidy and easy going.
