Is anybody interested in forming a book group on the Northern Beaches, Sydney or does anybody know of one already in existence? I am an ex English teacher currently a stay at home mom and crave book talk! I am located in Dee Why.
Thanks

Hi my name is Alan in neighbouring Seaforth.I maybe interested if subject matter and participating readers are appropiate for me.Ilike to study characters in depth, their relevant meaning to life today as well as in their intended context, and not limited to books either for eg;the movie "BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY",by Robert James Waller the debate you can have over that and have had is gripping. Are they "MISFITS" or intuitively emotionally evolved for example. Anyway if you like, make your initial contact via this post

Hi, we have a book group with a difference. We choose a topic at the end of the meeting and each reads a book befitting the topic. We have discussed anything from Alexander the Great to Chick Lit to Biographies. Our ages are from 40 to late 50s. We meet in rotation at each others house around the Frenchs Forest, Belrose, Terry Hills area. We are currently looking for one or two new members. So far we are all ladies.

Hi Anita

I am also a stay at home mum (with an 8mth old) living in Cromer who would also be interested in joining a book club. Did you have any luck finding one/setting one up?

Thanks
Michelle
