Assessors at Mission Australia play an integral role in assisting our job seekers to transition to sustainable employment. Through comprehensive consultation with job seekers to identify and assess barriers to employment, Assessors will work alongside our Employment Advisors to develop and implement effective individualised plans to transition job seekers to employment.

We would like to hear from applicants with an expert understanding of barriers faced by highly disadvantaged and long term unemployed job seekers, and the ability to assess such barriers and recommend effective interventions. An understanding of the Australian Government Employment Services Deed 4 (ESC4) and knowledge of the Employment Services System (ESS) would be an advantage.
