Overview:

I am looking for a Project Manager to work in very Regional Northern Territory managing packages of works to the value of around $40 million dollars on various housing and infrastructure schemes, including.

• New Build Housing
• Refurbishment of existing properties
• Construction of infrastructure including water pipelines, roads and street lighting.

Role:

An experience Construction Project Manager is required to oversee up to $40 million packages of work in areas of the Northern Territory. I am looking to speak with people with the following:

1. A Civil Engineering degree
2. Experience working in remote areas
3. Superb communication skills and the ability to organise and control site staff and sub contractors
4. Experience working on residential/commercial developments
