Hi,
I have just been diagonsed as gluten intolerant and was wondering if anyone has any good recipes as I love to cook and am having trouble making the switch.

Have you tried Laucke gluten free bread mix ? You can use it for pizza, scones, cakes etc.

search gluten free. There's over 200 recipes- even chocolate brownies !
