Candidates must possess strong scheduling, planning, problem solving, time management, multi-tasking, and subcontractor technical leadership skills. Capable of communicating with architects, engineers, managers, subcontractors, foreman, and field employees.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience (preferably with a main contractor) in a similar role and possess the ability to motivate a team of operatives and sub contractors. A quality driven, self starter will be required in order to be successful in this role.
Maintain with project management team to ensure work complies with the drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Resolve construction problems as required. Monitor company OH&S safety requirements, documents, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
