To be considered for these roles candidates need to possess:

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications
• A minimum of 4 to 5 years local experience
• Estimation & Project Management experience with a Civil Contractor
• Proven Bulk earthworks, Roads, Civil Industrial Structures, Retaining walls and/or Land development project exposure
• Proven ability to manage projects, including time, cost and budgets
• Able to lead & motivate a team
• Ability to provide solutions
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Effective communication skills
