Rehearsals are underway, props are being made, costumes are being re-cycled and students are getting excited about their upcoming Junior School Production performance aptly named Déjà vu.
The sold-out show will be held at the Minnamurra Public School Hall with evening performances on the 7th, 8th and 10th December at 7:00pm, and a matinee performance 8th December at 11:30am. The theme is ‘Déjà vu’ and it will be showcasing various highlights from past production years including The Sound of Shoes, Classic Clips, Remember, No That’s Not Santa and Imagine.
The Minnamurra Public School end of year junior production is a biennial event. It allows junior school students to demonstrate their creative talents and performance skills through an end of year production for parents, teachers and distinguished guests.
Teacher Sharman Clark states: “The production provides an opportunity to showcase an aspect of the creative arts programs offered by the school and provides for gifted and talented students.”
