This “not for profit” organisation are relocating to the South Eastern Suburbs shortly and they are looking for a professional administrator to support their team on a contract basis.
The role will include typing all correspondence, coordinating the filing and archiving, monitoring the purchasing of resource requirements, maintaining the database with operational statistics and reporting and responding to enquiries.
If you are a pro-active, self motivation and organised professional with exceptional communication skills then this could be the role for you.
To be successful in the short-listing process it is essential that you possess a strong administration support background, Intermediate level MS Office and 50wpm + typing, exposure to Lotus Notes and ideally SAP and TRIM experience. This role is to commence on 16th November 2009.
