The job involves taking enquiries from customers and keying information into our state of the art computer system. Also includes contacting field staff and using problem solving skills.

The company is located in Bayswater, with easy access only 3 minutes from the freeway.
What qualifications you need:
You don't need any formal qualifications! You just need good computer skills (minimum touch typing 40 wpm). You also need to have a good phone manner and a positive outlook.

Bonus of approximately 5% paid on top of hourly rate for customer upselling. There are varying shifts available 8am-7pm with some weekend work available.
