This global and well-known IT Infrastructure organisation requires a Regional Coordinator to join their Melbourne team.
This position involves a variety of administrative duties to support a highly demanding sales and project teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of office and customer files and records.
- Coordinates travel requests, approval, arrangements (air, car and accommodation)
- Processes new hires, including; local/regional orientation, procurement of materials, supplies, network logons and equipment for the new employee.
- Coordinates and participates in projects as needed, including scheduling, planning, and driving to completion. Coordinates plans and participates in local/regional meetings and Conference Calls.
- Act as a liaison between the Field and Regional Office and headquarters, and facilitates communications with other field offices.
- Compiles and analyses data and prepares reports of basic to moderate complexity for presentation to local or headquarters management team.
To be successful you must have a strong administration background and have the proven ability to coordinate the activity between multi stakeholders locally and interstate. This position will seeing you working within a busy and complex sales and project team hence you must have the ability to multi task and drive outcomes. Required is a high level of Microsoft application skills with the ability to prioritise projects and deliverables.
You must have excellent communication and negotiations skills.
