This is a global market leader, employing over 2,000 staff in 30 countries and a turnover of 477m (EUR). They are looking for the right individual to join their small Customer Service/Administration department .
The role will be varied and challenging, fast paced with changing priorities and an enjoyable company culture. A high percentage of the position will be processing client orders from start to finish, entering orders into SAP, checking stock availability and back orders, processing delivery notes for the warehouse, arranging product samples, coordinating the delivery process and providing exceptional customer service.
In addition you will also support the Sales Representatives by creating spreadsheets, graphs and presentation material whilst working to tight deadlines. Creating mail merges, booking travel arrangements, coordinating conferences and ensure the overall smooth running of the office.

To be successful in the short-listing process it is essential that you have a strong background in a similar role, Intermediate level in MS Word and Excel (using formulas and lookups) with a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm and strong attention to detail. Immediate availability is also required as this role is to commence as soon as possible. Exposure to SAP and Lotus Notes or a strong order processing background would be an advantage.
