A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Service Manager for this reputable manufacturer in the Pharmaceutical and Vitamin Supplement markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Day to day, your responsibilities will include as follows:
* Manage the Customer Service function
* Order entry and confirmation
* Shipping
* Forecast upkeep
* Be the voice of the customer in the manufacturing business units
* Be the key touch point for all of our customers
* Drive to 95% DIFOTIS against confirmed date
* Provide internal sales support to the account managers (via managing the account coordinators)
* Staff Management
* Interfacing with business units to ensure customer service goals are achieved
* Co-ordinate all incoming orders and ensure they are entered into the database
* Liaise with planning to determine best possible order confirmation date first time and communicate dates back to the customer
* Drive introduction & implementation of EDI to key customers
As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in a similar role, be extremely organised, excellent time management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and fantastic communication skills. This position is a 12 month contract, with the possibility to extend, and is full time hours Monday to Friday.
