As the Customer Services Team Leader your role will focus on developing a highly performing team through setting clear objectives, measuring and managing performance and motivating, inspiring, training and coaching staff to achieve their best.
The suitable applicant will possess strong planning and organisations skills, having worked within the Utilities/Power sector or Banking/Telecommunications and can identify and resolve complex issues while working in a fast paced environment.
Successful management of this team will require a positive attitude, strong relationship building skills along with extensive call centre team leader experience.
