If your good at making outbound calls on the phone, with an ability to quickly get to the financial desicion maker then as a new starter you could EASILY expect $60K in your first year which is just 7 sales a week, week in week out.

 

What do I have to do and who do i need to be.

For the first 3 months, commit to 30 Hours a week of activity so you can develop sales and marketing skills required. 

You need to be reliable, which means you need to be able to work 5 days a week, being Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

So, again we make outbound calls to business owners. We sell advertising, ideas and concepts over the phone in such a way their local community benefits, its fantastic.

Can you stick to the script and be coachable?

 

In sales you must have a heart for the people and be able to take rejection in your stride.

 

Do you have a brilliant command of English?

Customer service skills alone will not cut it, you need to be able to SELL, you need to be able to read the script and sound conversational at the same time, which means the tone of your voice and the words you inflect are critical to getting your audience interested.

You need to be able to consumate the sale and get the order back.

WHATS THE CATCH?

 

It’s Commission Only (Employee or Contractor) but remember your only security in life financially is in your skills anyway. So if you want to get to the higher incomes you need to take a calculated risk and back your skills and back your ability to quickly develop new skills.
