The Company

Based in the Paris end of Melbourne, this client is one of the world's leaders in their field. In Australia, they operate nationally across 13 offices with over 4,500 people, operating in 140 countries, they employ 135,000 people worldwide.



The Role

Whilst working in a team of 5 people, this position will report to the Payroll Manager and the positions responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the fortnightly & weekly payrolls

  • Pay Reconciliations

  • SAP system support

  • End of month requirements

  • Reports/ Deductions/ Reconciliation



Your Profile

You will have worked in a team environment and have 3 years experience with a robust payroll system (SAP knowledge preferred not necessary). This is not a high processing environment, good peoples skills are important as the position will be the face of the company answering payroll queries from staff. Having a sense of urgency is just as important as a positive attitude to payroll and desire to learn more.
