The Challenge
This is a “hands on” position that is responsible for leadership of the full marketing mix that includes:
- Developing and implementing quantifiable marketing strategies for the tiered retail group structure.
- Develop costing and projections based on the marketing strategies
- Budget and expense management
- Provide support to retailers on marketing and branding issues
- Manage the direction of merchandising, promotional and loyalty programs
- Leading and developing a small team
- Some domestic travel is required.
Success in the Role Means:
- You will have experience in a retail marketing role, either with a franchise network or with a national retail network of significant size and scope
- Ideally you will be well versed in handling multiple projects
- You will have a demonstrated background in achieving sales targets and growth through the implementation of marketing initiatives
- A formal qualification in business or marketing (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in marketing in the allied health sector or in the retail network of Hearing Aid Clinics (desirable but not essential)
