Internal Sales Specialist (Dandenong) . 80% outbound calls with sales target to meet . You will be joining a Global company employing over 3000 people across 30 countries. You will be a self starter when it comes to making outbound sales calls. You will be able to quickly understand the customers requirements and where the opportunities lies to solve those requirements from the Panduit range. You will understand the importance of maintaining call rates, managing prospects and closing sales over the phone from your own cold calling activities, warm prospects provided and existing Panduit customer base. In addition, you will clearly understand how to prospect for new customers and be able to support the external sales team by providing them with well qualified new leads. We are looking for a person with strong communication skills, who is enthusiastic, wanting to develop their skills and knowledge, flexible, motivated, and are able organise their time in a busy work environment. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to work within a dynamic team environment, and possess the following skills and attributes: . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Sales/Account Management experience (extensive experience) . Technical aptitude . Must be competent in following computer skills (Oracle, Word Processing, Excel) . Strong organisational abilities . Self motivated with a desire to learn . Professional and positive attitude .
