About Our Client - Located in the Williamstown area and well established in Australia for over 20 years.
They have avoided any fallout from the GFC and are in a growth and fine tuning phase at present. They believe in a long term focus and take on employees with a similar outlook. Candidates that like to commence a new career every 6 months aren't quite their cup of tea. They are well respected by their clients and are the company of choice for many employees with a low turnover of staff. About the Role - Your clients will always be in need of your service and the solution you product regardless of boom times or recession. This is a sales position working some key accounts however this is not a customer service job. Developing new opportunities is an important part of the job. With respect to new business it is open slather and there are many potential opportunities.  

The Successful Candidate - You must be a clearly spoken and a well presented professional. The ideal candidate for this position would be a sales professional and a strategic thinker that has the ability to maintain business relationships with established clientele and feels comfortable introducing themselves to new prospective clients. This role does not suite an aggressive "smash and grab" sales person but is ideal for those that are familiar with the suggestive sell. You will need to probe and identify new opportunities within the client base and have the ability present, demonstrate, sell a concept and close a sale.
 
What's On Offer - Base salary package of 85K plus Commission
