The Centre:

Randstad Education is recruiting on behalf of an Early Learning Centre attached to a leading independent school for girls in Burwood. The Centre is committed to providing a secure, stimulating environment in which pre-schoolers will experience care and attention.

The Early Learning Centre provides an educational experience of depth and quality for pre-school girls and boys from six months to school age based on the Reggio Emilia approach. Located within beautiful grounds of the school campus, the Early Learning Centre is colourful and spacious, with creative design features that allow for a child's view of the world. The outside play areas invite young children to explore and investigate while providing special spaces for socialisation.

The Centre is open between the hours of 7.45am and 6pm each weekday for 48 weeks of the year, with a closure of four weeks over the Christmas vacation.

Positions:

Our client is looking for two Diploma Qualified childcare workers for the following positions to work rotating shifts with a monthly RDO.

Diploma Qualified Room Leader- Babies Room

Diploma Qualified Assistant -2-3 Room

 Successful applicants must have:

A Diploma in Children’s Services.
Victorian Police Check.
First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
Working with Children Check Card.
Excellent communication skills and passionate about a career in childcare.
Experience preferred but not essential.
