A medium sized commercial building company is seeking to employ an experienced construction professional to take on the role of Junior Project Manager – managing a mix of projects to the value of $10m. The position is available for a start in the next 4 weeks with a package in the range of $100k-$120k depending upon experience

Supported by a Project Co-ordinator/Contracts Administrator, the position will cover most areas of construction project management and include:

• Contract Management
• Construction Programming
• Client & Stakeholder Liaison
• Managing Project Teams and Site Personnel
• QA and OH&S
• Subcontract Management and Labour Resourcing

Applications are sought from construction professionals with a track record in Contracts Administration in the commercial building sector, ideally with tertiary qualifications. You must be an effective communicator who can represent this up and coming building group, be highly computer literate and have an excellent understanding of industry OH&S.
