This company has low staff turnover, career progression, an excellent project pipeline and also covers a range of D&C projects nationally.  Having recently secured a $14M industrial project, this role will require a Project Manager for the Melbourne operations. 

Working alongside an exceptional team of experienced and driven colleagues, you will be required to:

• Deliver projects to time and to budget
• Focus on high quality building standards. 
• Ability to build excellent client relationships
• Foster safe working practices
• Be experienced in projects from $5M+

To be a relevant candidate for this position you must have gained a number of years experience as a Project Manager within a head contractor, having successfully delivered various projects in Australia.  You will ideally hold tertiary qualifications within building and construction and be looking to continue growing your career with a company that rewards their staff and offers an excellent working environment.  Any industrial refrigeration experience would be great for this initial project although not essential.
