My client is a boutique Consultancy with an opportunity to become their tax depreciation specialist.

They are offering a unique position to a Quantity Surveyor who has some experience in Tax depreciation. Currently they outsource for this position but they are keen to bring this in-house with the team.

You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas of commercial and residential depreciation estimates, depreciation of new builds and depreciation of existing properties

You need to demonstrate the following:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a tax depreciation role
• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Smart presentation and excellent communication skills
• The ability to work on your own and show initiative
