Your need to demonstrate technical experience within a building sector from a client?s prospective. Duties will include:  

• Estimating and Cost Planning on commercial and industrial projects 
• Post contract administration work including processing variations and monthly claims 
• Review of tender and contract documentation 
• Preparation of documents for post contract control 
• Demonstrate experience of working within a team environment.
