Due to continued success of this rail business they are currently looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic rail professional to the position of Rail Manager/ Project Leader in Melbourne.

The successful applicant will be fulfilling a key senior role within the rail team providing leadership, technical advice and support to the business as a whole. This will mean:

• Project Management- managing the delivery of major projects
• Business Leadership- client engagement & encouraging work packaging
• Assist in the growth of the team to meet the business plan objectives

To be considered you will require the following qualifications & experience:

• Ten years plus experience in managing / supervising major rail projects including complex project delivery methods
• Proven experience in dealing with the public and private sector
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications
• Knowledge of relevant rail design standards
• Highly developed commercial & client management skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment, build rapport with work colleagues and provide leadership to a team
