Reiki, pronounced "Ray Key", is a way of using natural healing energy to help clear issues and blockages on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. It is a form of therapy which is now increasingly recognised to promote healing on all levels:physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual. It energizes and heals the body, reduces stress and works in conjunction with any other medical treatments.
Rei = "Universal" or "God's Wisdom"
Ki = "Life force energy"
So Reiki means "Spiritually guided life force energy". It is often experienced as heat or cold and forms the base through which many other healing energies can work (Seichem, the Healing Order of the Golden Dragon...)

Each of the Reiki attunements is a strong spiritual experience. The process is guided by a higher consciousness and the subconscious mind of the recipient and is therefore completely safe.The attunement can also increase psychic sensitivity and a better ability to manifest. Many often report experiences involving the opening of the third eye, an increased intuitive awareness, a sharper sensitivity to energies around and other psychic abilities after receiving an attunement. With time and practice these abilities will greatly increase as the natural channelling path will open further and sensitivity develop.
You may notice a change or shift instantly or gradualy over time. Once you have received an attunement, you will have the ability to channel that specific energy for the remainder of your life.

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Energy Attunement:
- Reiki 1 (lineage and history)
Attunements should be followed by daily self-treatments for approximately 21 days
Manual 1 Content:
This course covers the history and origin of Reiki. It also contains information about the chakras, the aura, the use and benefits of energy healing. This level is mostly concerned with physical and etheric healing. Furthermore, participants will learn self treatment techniques (the emphasis of this level being on self-healing and personal development)
Prerequisite:
No previous attunement or knowledge is necessary.
CONTENT:
- The main chakras and energy bodies
- Description of Reiki
- Attunement to Reiki 1
- Protection, grounding and energy cords
- Self-healing hand positions & practice
- Healing meditation
- Full treatment description (theory and tips)
You will also receive a level 1 manual and certificate.
Note: It is recommended to also receive the Seichem and the Christ Energy attunements as these energies are complementary to Reiki - See Energy Healing Training 1.
