An opportunity now exists to join one of Perth's MBA Award Winning Builders as their Shire Liaison Clerk. The purpose of this role is to prepare building licence applications for the local council and ensure approval within a satisfactory timeframe.
Reporting directing to the Administration Manager, you will liaise with finance & settlement companies, follow-up with local shires in regards to approval status and provide regular client updates in regards to timeframes.
To demonstrate understanding of the approvals process, we are ideally looking for someone that has previous experience processing building applications / issuing building licenses for a local council or builder.
