Working as part of the Environment Marine team, this 6 month fixed term position will serve as the central coordination support for the Project Manager.
The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting the designated project in all secretarial and administrative areas. The role involves working as part of an administrative team to ensure smooth office operations and to assist consultant staff in an efficient working environment.
This person will be motivated and enthusiastic about all aspects of the role. They will be keen to take up new responsibilities, enjoy a challenge and be able to work under pressure within a team network to meet tight deadlines.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Previous experience in a similar role(s)
- Previous experience working within a team
- Previous Project Administration and Coordination experience
- Must have initiative, confidence and a willingness to drive change
- Advanced Excel skills
