Visy Fibre located in O'Connor is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic and energetic team. This role is diverse in essence requiring services incorporating aspects of customer service and client coordination. The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Complete processing and management of customer orders
- Respond promptly and courteously to telephone enquiries
- Liaise with multiple departments to expedite customer orders
- Ensure documented procedures are followed
- Minimise store stocks through careful inventory management
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Assist to improve environmental awareness and focus
- Support customer service team members
- Provide reporting as required
- Aim to contribute to 95% DIFOT

Experience:
- Experience working in high volume Customer support environment
