My esteemed Client is seeking an Office Manager to not only ensure the smooth and successful running of their office; they are looking for someone to assist with the marketing functions of the company also.
This exciting role would include:
- Ongoing training & oversight of Receptionist & allocation of tasks
- Arranging brochure & advertising campaigns for properties listed with the company
- Overseeing all mail-outs & campaigns used by the office
- Liaise with signage companies regarding sign orders
- Organise and book staff into training courses
- Preparing sales contacts & assisting with paperwork (training available)
- Being the ‘go-to’ person for staff members
- Assisting the Managing Directors
- Overseeing the successful management of the office
